Det beh\u00f6ver inte vara n\u00e5got stort och avancerat. Inga fartygskryssningar i Karibien eller bes\u00f6k p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon flott SPA-anl\u00e4ggning. Det kan vara n\u00e5got mycket enkelt. I hela mitt liv har jag tyckt om att skriva. Jag skrev sagor som liten, har alltid skrivit dagb\u00f6cker och skrivandet har blivit ett utlopp f\u00f6r mina k\u00e4nslor. Jag skriver s\u00e5v\u00e4l i gl\u00e4dje som i sorg och vrede.<\/p>\n<p>En och annan ins\u00e4ndare har det blivit men det mesta av det skrivna hamnar i en l\u00e5da i garderoben f\u00f6r att aldrig visas f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon annan. Uppleva tystnaden och den friska luften. Balsam kan vara barn. Kombinationen skogspromenad och \u00e4lskade barn kan g\u00f6ra underverk. Jag ska ta den &#8221;medicinen&#8221; idag.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00f6st och lindring kan ocks\u00e5 vara djur.
